Quorum, Voting, and Proxy information is included on the linked forms below. If you have already submitted a proxy, you do not need to submit a new one. However, you may submit a new proxy for any reason (changing instructions, changing the proxy holder, or even peace of mind). The last proxy submitted for each Dwelling Lot received ahead of the vote on September 2, 2021, will be the one that counts for that Dwelling Lot.
